Dr. Nelson has truly helped by relieving me of decades-long, constant neck spasms with arm and hand pain. My sciatica pain is gone, and my balance is improved. Thank you, Dr. Nelson!!!
I was referred to Dr Nelson by a physical therapist because I was experiencing severe neck, shoulder and bicep pain. I was also losing feeling in my pinky and ring finger on my left hand. Dr Nelson assessed my situation and recommended a treatment plan. I’m only halfway through my plan and my pain has reduced significantly (almost completely gone) and my range of motion in my neck is better than I can ever remember it being. My fingers are not numb anymore either. The guy has super powers! Thanks Dr Nelson!!!
Dr. Nelson is amazing! I am so grateful we crossed paths. I was having unbearable knee pain for an entire year. Couldn't figure out who to see. I explained to Dr. Nelson where my pains were and he worked in those exact areas. On the 4th day after seeing Dr. Nelson I was relieved of the unbearable knee pain I had been suffering with. If you are suffering from pain invest in Dr. Nelson! Thank you Dr. Nelson for all that you have done!

I watched a podcast where he went in depth about foot arch pain and shin splints and after trying several options, his simple sets of stretches helped a ton!
