Bad experience, bad memories of that day, I can perfectly remember how my pain was not taken seriously. I had been drop by the ambulance at 6.45 pm with the back pain then they took care of me only at 4.48 am , omg after 10 hours with my pain crying to feel better. One star it's okay, it could be nothing.
My surgery went well but my pain is not being managed properly.. I haven’t had any pain medication in hours. i’m sitting here in a room now as I type this. I pressed the nurse button and instead of the nurse coming to just give me a simple 2mg dose of morphine she tells me she will send a nurse. it’s been 30 minutes now. I haven’t eaten since before midnight and no one has brought food when I told her at 2pm I was hungry it is now 7:30pm!! ive rang the button again and i’m still being ignored.. The Er department will try to hold patients against their will after being asked to be transferred to the patients primary hospital ! Do go to trinity hospital the resident are rude the secretary is lazy and they will lie to keep you there to make money off you !!!! Run
One of the worst uncaring hospitals in Chicago! If l could give them a half a of star or no Star l would, my son has been there twice complaining of chest pains, and he has this very noticable lump in his chest, no one has the answer to what's going on with him
I usually don’t even do google reviews so you know it’s real. If I could give zero stars I would. If you have an overnight emergency don’t waste your time coming to trinity. Got there at midnight and didn’t see a doctor until 7am. They are understaffed and rude. When I was finally seen by a doctor she was very impatient, and short with me.
