My sleep study was done professionally and efficiently. Tabitha was very nice and kind. My only complaint was that the room was very cold and the sleep clinic couldn't control the temperature.
From the beginning I have bad experience with the person who answered the phone. Was on hold for 11 minutes and after my hello hello few times some other person responded and apologized that she wasn't the one who put me on hold.After all I was scheduled to pick up the monitor for overnight sleep study at home. Two days before my schedule appointment ,staff call me to canceled appointment due to staffing problem. The earlierest appointment was available 7 days later. They will not tell you the price of your sleep study. Customer service is incredibly impolite, and will not listen to you. Instead, they'll just send you to collections in the middle of you trying to find out more about the bill they sent you. There is no communication between departments. Trying to talk with them via chat will result in every message being responded to by a different person. Their phone system for payment reminders is broken, and then they blame you for not getting the calls. Even the leads are rude. There'... read more
