I am deeply disappointed with the experience my wife and daughter had during their recent visit to Advanced Radiology of Elgin. Christina, the radiologist, displayed an unprofessional attitude and made inappropriate comments about my daughter’s traditional Mexican heritage dress. Worst experience ever! In my opinion the radiologist is cocky and rude also mildly racist. Christina was incredibly arrogant the entire experience. I felt a little like she may have been racist because the comment she said about my daughter’s traditional Mexican dress. I never felt so uncomfortable in a medical office. She should be ashamed.
I don’t normally review my doctor’s appointments but I was thoroughly impressed by great service today! From an easy and pleasant check in to my first mammogram going so smoothly. Jan explained the service well and kept me at ease the entire time. If you are nervous about getting this checkup I highly recommend her.
The wait time was minimal and the personnel were helpful and pleasant.
Worst Experience Ever!! Shortly after arriving a lady left upset yelling at the receptionist “this was the 3rd time they did this to her and would not be coming back.” Shortly after I am also told I can’t be seen and they tried to blame me for their inefficiency! Don’t schedule at this location!!
