The worst treatment I could have ever experienced. I was sick for 3 days with a migraine and I went to my doctor and they told me I could come here. The person who has been registered since I arrived treated me badly and then made me wait while other people were treated better than me. I think it is not fair that one has to go through that.
I requested the opportunity to speak with a doctor before signing consent to treatment forms. Instead I was met with a rude and aggressive nurse, who seemed very forceful with her idea that I get examined without speaking to the doctor that would be examining me. If you're not in an emergency, don't come here. Schedule an appointment with a doctor you find competent and understanding, or someone that cares about the people they meet with, and not just billing your insurance when you don't need what it pays for.
Honestly almost don’t want to write a review because then the secret might get out! Easy, quick and clean. I was able to come on a SATURDAY morning, get checked in quickly and easily and get labs drawn and out of here in just a few minutes. Extremely helpful as I work full time and also have to care for a little one. Feels so good to get efficient care!
Waited over an hour for chest x-ray and bloodwork for surgery scheduled next week (told I needed this yesterday). Told the wait would be 20 min, turned into 1 hour than told they did not have time to do bloodwork cuz they were closing soon. Frustrated to say the least. I'm not going to have time to come back before surgery.
