I had a very disappointing experience at the Emergency Department. I am 14 weeks pregnant and came in with very strong pain, but I had to wait two and a half hours before being seen. This delay felt unacceptable, especially considering my condition. I expected faster and more attentive care in such a serious situation.
I went into the ER today. I was taken care of pretty promptly. Everyone was was so nice except for the guy doing my vitals behind the front desk. Either he's a super serious guy or hates his job. I was seen by PA Nguyen. She really was wonderful. Seemed to really care and I wasn't rushed out. I was in and out in a timely matter for an ER visit. Thank you for your care!
late review: February 2024 Sherman had us wait 8 hours for care. Paramedics told me to give ER nurses our names, as they sent our info over and know we were coming. I still gave them a call as I was on my way to make sure, yet when I got there they told me they had no info on us. Do not go here! Go to St. Joe’s instead. The doctors are horrible. Don’t waste your time.
I have worked here for years and this group of Doctors, Nurses, PCT aka CNAs along with all the other staff are hard working professional souls.
