My ER experience here has shaken my faith in the US healthcare system. How can this be called a hospital? Please know that if you're transported here in an emergency due to living in the area, you can request to be transferred to a good nearby hospital like St. Joseph or Alexian Brothers once you regain consciousness. I had no idea going in how bad it was going to be, or that I had that option, given how damaged I was by the accident.

Dr M is the best she listens, reply’s and gives good advice, I live her.
Worst er in Illinois, my 80 mom left unseen for over 2 hours and had pneumonia. Unacceptable!
