They never have a sense of urgency and this is not a real emergency care center
My husband 75 was referred to Sherman from the VA triage as he had blood coming from his rectum and the VA niurse said to go immediately to the closest ER. We explained the bleeding to staff, they took vitals and then waited 3 hours in their waiting room watching patients who came in after us go in for tests. The only test, if you can call it that was givig him a cup to urinate. This was Saturday 2:00-2:30, we finally left at 6 pm. 2.5 hour wait on a Thursday afternoon. Makes you wonder if they are busier with the changes at the other one down the road. The area needs two strong facilities.
