Absolutely no respect for transgender patients. I look 100% like a man who was born a male and the doctor called me she about 10 times within 5 minutes. He did not even try to ask what I would like to be referred to as. There is not one thing about me that says "girl" I am in all men's clothing, I have the face and voice of a man. Utterly disrespectful and my day is ruined.
I went to get checked out for my right shoulder, ladies in the front were super compassionate, worked quickly during the check in process, friendly. I only had an issue with the nurse who brought me to the back, 1. She wrote down completely the wrong information about my incident on my live now app summary. 2. She made a racist comment about African American people calling them “aggressive”. ‼️ PARENTs: ‼️ Be careful and get second opinion from somewhere else if doctor prescribed antibiotics . I went for second opinion for flu symptoms and another doctor said no need of antibiotics it was absolutely unnecessary. Don’t trust here
