Residents of Vernon Hills – Please Read I visited Advocate Condell Immediate Care Center at 6 E Phillip Rd, Vernon Hills, IL for a routine urgent care consultation related to acute ear pain. The visit was brief and medically straightforward. I scheduled an appointment for the first time with this facility and provided all my information over the phone. I specifically confirmed with the scheduler that this facility is in-network for my plan. 10 days later, I go in for my appointment and I’m told they are NOT in-network and my insurance would not cover the visit. My time was wasted.
I just want to thank Dr. Gregory G. Caro and all his assistants for their great work, and also the receptionists who always treat me with great respect and are very friendly, especially Constance. I recommend this doctor
I don’t agree with the old reviews—this place is fantastic. I’ve never had any issues here. The front desk staff are friendly and attentive, and the nurses and doctors are excellent! Don’t let the old reviews mislead you. Things have improved significantly over time, and it’s definitely for the better.
Was there for my Bi-Annual Checkup w/my PCP. She is Always friendly, easy to talk to, thorough, & knowledgeable! Another Great Experience…
