My mom has nothing but great care from her doctor here. Unfortunately she had to see his nurse practitioner Sabrina and came home emotional feeling like she did something wrong. Said the nurse kept rolling her eyes and when explaining symptoms she kept telling her no. No one should go in looking for help for being ill and feel worse walking out. Being disrespected isnt appreciated especially when someone isn’t well

It’s shameful that they keep raising the costs even after the visit, to overcharge my insurance plan. From $100 that I prepaid for the visit, they continue to raise the costs and are charging $280 now for a simple visit that did not last more than 20 minutes and I was not prescribed anything or any exams/labs/tests done. Just for a simple less-than-20-minutes talk, and I’m being charged $280 after raising the costs 2 times already. In an annual physical, the doctor barely touched me. The front desk staff was nice but the doc and nurse were cold, standoffish, and didn’t seem to care about me at all. They asked me a few questions and that was about it. They characterized me as something in my after visit summary but didn’t say it to my face. In the after visit blood draw, the same nurse was extremely cold and RIPPED the needle out of my arm. It still hurts hours later.

Was able to schedule my yearly mammogram easier than at the hospital I had it done for years. In December the hospital couldn't get me in until April. Advocate Outpatient was with in a week. Doctor wanted a follow-up Ultra sound and that could have been done same day I called. Easy to check in and the technicians I had were very gentle and nice.
