I’ve been going here since 2022 and I’ve never had a better experience. I tried other gyms but none match the environment and family we have here!
It's a Great gym with the best owners you could ask for. Very clean and family friendly. Definitely a 5 star gym. It's a must to check out if your anywhere around Batavia.
I’ve been going here for about a year now and love it! Everyone is friendly and the environment is super chill.
The previous location was nice, but the new one is fantastic! There's more space, machines organized by body part, tons of weights, bumpers, and dumbbells (with a current max of 135 lbs), two complete racks, a Smith machine, a Monolith, deadlift platforms, cable machines, and more. For those wanting to enhance their posing and competition skills, there's a dedicated posing room.
