Amazing gym plenty weight's the owner is super cool but I definitely got harassed by a cop for no reason after working out there in the parking lot just finished working out and got pressed for no reason just sitting in my car again great gym but that parking lot

My nephew payed to go work out and hit the punching bags and was told by someone he couldn't hit the bags because they weren't open to the public. My nephew was unwelcomed and left without doing what he usually wants to do as far as a routine. Does my nephew need to bring his own punching bags? The very very nice guy said they are his own personal bags.
