Be careful of who you see. I called to make an appointment with my PCP, was told there was no availability for 4 months and that I could see a NP at a different location if it was urgent. At no point did they state that seeing this NP at a different location would mean that it would not fall under my PCP and would therefore not be covered by my insurance. Wow.. looking for a new internal medicine doctor. But after reading the reviews I don't think I'll pursue any of these Advocate Doctors. Moving on..
You stink
I've been with this practice for 12+ years (formerly Elgin Family Physicians). While the providers have always been great, there've been a lot of changes over the years, not for the better. (1) Providers seem to be coming and going often - every time I think I've found a new primary to see, they're gone by my next well visit. I really miss the consistency of seeing the same person.
