Believe the bad reviews. I booked a doctors appointment here with them, they didnt ask for any payment at my appointment and I didn’t recieve anything later on. OVER ONE MONTH LATER I recieve a bill in the mail for $150, I chose this doctor because they’re in my network, I didn’t expect to pay anything let alone $150, I would never have booked a regular check up for that price. PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid all Advocate offices period. Both my husband and I made appointments for yearly physicals which would have been covered 100% by insurance. Advocate found a way to charge us for two visits, one for the physical, and one for a "medical visit" because they asked about our health and prescribed medications for allergies.They claimed that the second visit was an allergy consultation, but during our appointments did not advise us that we would be charged for two visits when they started asking ... read more
Dealing with this office has been a nightmare the past couple of years. They keep cancelling my appointments, sometimes without even telling me. To get my annual Medicare checkup, I had to go through 5 reschedulings. Today the receptionist hung up on me because I couldn't understand what she was saying due to conflicting things she was saying. I have spent the last 10 days trying to get a prescription refill. Had labs taken on Friday, May 19 and the technician Cynthia was amazing! Her kindness and professionalism was beyond anything I had ever experienced before at Advocate. She listened to me and was successful in drawing my blood on the first try! Which doesn’t happen very often. Thank you Cynthia, I will forever sing your praises to whom ever will listen!
This office is amazing. So many good doctors and amazing staff. Only one thing that needs to be improved. I had a staff that decided to send me a Christmas card to promote her “Realtor Job”. I don’t even talk to her nor really know her for her to send me one. Not only did she BREAK hipaa, she also is not going to get my support for her realtor job….
