This is my first time visiting this location. I was actually late for my appointment. Which was very bothersome, because I am punctual Patty, it kept telling me to make a u-turn and kept giving me all these different directions. I called Jennifer, and she actually guided me to exactly where I needed to go. I was so grateful even though I was 10 minutes late... upon my arrival, I'm very frustrated, I have "Jamalynn" (spelled wrong I'm sure)at the front and desk who's very robotic, routined and didn't smile didn't look at me. ... read more
I have spent almost an hour trying to get through to someone to make an appointment and the system is absolutely ridiculous. If someone is well when they start trying to make an appointment here, they will probably not be for very long. Get it together Advocate. You're better than this.
My great care started with check in. My nurse was friendly and polite and Dr. Haider was terrific! The facility is clean and very modern. I'm so happy we drove from Schaumburg to Hoffman Estates after reading Advocates great reviews.
