Absolute ridiculous experience trying to get a prescription refilled. They dropped the ball in every way I could imagine and found a few new ways.
Dr Siddiqi is amazing, thorough and listens to you. The definition of patient centered care. I have been able to get in quickly without super long waits.
Negligent health care group. Do not entrust them with your medical care. We entrusted this group with our son's health care while going to college nearby. From Mar until Jun, he wasn't able to get a referral he needed. They canceled 2 of 3 appointments from in 5 weeks without rescheduling or giving him priority. They left him without medication even after an appointment because the doctor "didn't know how to prescribe that medication." The blood pressure machines are off! They do not give an accurate reading. They need better equipment. Here it is, this clinic is on the southside of Chicago and they can’t even healthcare equipment that actually works effectively. They just keep doing people of color wrong. This place has to do better!
