Got appointment with my PCP doctor in very short period of time.
I would love to give this place a huge 0. After my boyfriend was seen in the office this past week the nurse practitioner refused to test for flu. 5 days later and my house is sick with influenza A. Dismissed all symptoms of flu and refused to listen to patient. As a fellow nurse this place should be ashamed of how it conducts its practice. Next time listen to your patient and give them the service they ask for and are paying for. Signed a concerned healthcare provider.
Worst service ever,my appointment was at 2:20 I always arrive early, so I was there at 2:00 ,I check in with Linda, I waited and waited and finally I diceded to go to Linda again and ask her how much longer by now was 10 minutes to 3 ,she said ups sorry I forgot to tell the nurse ,really?? Never again
Was talked into seeing a nurse practitioner as there were no doctors available for an appointment. Nurse practitioner wasn't comfortable prescribing anything, but was going to check with Dr. on the following Monday and get back to me. That was Fine with me, but then nothing happened. No follow up, no call. After I called to complain, I received a message from her, apologizing, saying they were so busy. Paid a $78 bill for NOTHING. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
