The front desk lady Joanne was rude to my step daughter and turned her away when she was having shortness of breathe, Joanne and Dianne sent a minor home to get an ID in 15 degree weather when she was already in the system. They need to learn to treat everyone equally! Now my daughter has to go to the ER they should really treat everyone with respect not just Adults.
The place is newly renovated, very nice and comfortable waiting rooms, clean. The only problem is with desk people who work there ( don’t make me wrong not everyone, but most of them ) are rude , incompetent and lack communication between them is horrible. Sometimes I give up and my wife is calling them because I don’t have a big patient when I wanted for example stupid change script location from same pharmacy takes them literally 2 days which is unacceptable taking for consideration if it’s just simple change where the Dr ... read more
So bad!! Thee worst Dr's office!! E V E R!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND WOULD NEVER SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO A LIVING THING!!
