The staff and Dr are friendly and very thorough. But, my claim was rejected because they did not send my treatment notes. Months have gone by and I have called, about something they should have done, and was given a timeframe frame of 10 business days. I called my insurance and they have received nothing. I messaged Advocate again and they changed the time frame to 30 days. Advocate what should I do to make YOUR job easier?
