The nurse practitioner I see is awesome but the receptionist on the phone is just horrible. She can't understand anything and have a bad attitude.

Fantastic! Everyone in the office are kind and respectful. The Dr's. are amazing. Great bedside manner. They listen to your issues and take to you so you understand. I will definitely refer to family and friends.
Person answering phones needs lesson in customer service. I called to make appointment with doctor who I was referred to in ER. Was told Dr not taking new patients. I tried to say I was referred by ER didn't even finish sentence told it doesn't matter you can't see her. No apology, no try this or we have other doctors, just you are not coming here. Rude
