Like frfr! This has by far the worst doctors office ever! Im livid. The nurse has the absolute worst attitudes. They have u waiting in back for 2 hrs. Im over that clinic
The phlebotomists are super rude, I asked for a butterfly needle because my veins are really small and all she told me was “they’re all the same” and proceeded to use a big needle
Uneducated staff, every time I go to this clinic for a certain visit . I'm seen for something totally different. I've been getting the "run around" every time I'm here and it's a hassle. Their lack of communication is terrible and unprofessional which makes visits complicated for patients. I will make this place my last resort
I had labs done February 6 and the phlebotomist had a very bad attitude. The rest of the staff were very nice. The phlebotomist needs some time to adjust her attitude. Love my Doctor but maybe I should have my labs taken elsewhere.
The phlebotomists are incredibly rude. I asked them for a butterfly needle and said I get blood work often. They chose to mock me and say “Are you a phlebotomist? We know what we’re doing.” They could have easily calmed my anxiety and said to relax kindly. Instead they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. They rolled their eyes at me and didn’t even respond to me when I said have a good day.
