Not sure what all the low rating reviews are from unless maybe it was from when the building was under construction.🦺 I Love the new building and the procedures to get into the exam room. They hand you a little square box (that tells the doctor when you’ve arrived to your exam room) then tell you which hallway to go down A B C ect. and then what number room to go in A3 B4, then you just slide the door shut which also tells them you’re in the room & wait for your doctor to come in the opposite side of the room. Called multiple times to receive prescription refill. Delayed with promise to be filled which did not occur. It has been over 48 with failure to send my prescription to my phamarcy. I will note that I have an amazing primary care doctor, but communication needs work with front desk.
Made an appointment with them for 1pm today, no call. So I called them due to me needing to find a provider for my needs. I was put on hold for over 25 mins and got to speak with the “nurse” for maybe 5 mins over the course of a 30 min phone call. I asked if this is a good time cause I kept getting put on hold. She stated that it is. Takes all info over the phone and tells you you’re in network then tells you at the desk you’re out of network and that it will be $250 upfront after 2 months of waiting. Beyond frustrating.
Went there for an ear infection, was told i didnt have one and it was just "fluid behind the ear" and left with cough medicine and some saline solution to get rid of the congestion I had(I wasnt even coughing nor was I that congested.) Few days after the pain in my ear was so bad I couldnt sleep and was in tears because of the pain, went back and saw a different doctor who said I actually did have a ear infection and left with antibiotics.
