Dr. Abrar is so wonderful. She took the time to listen to my concerns, asked follow up questions, and trusted that I know my body. I felt very calm and at ease with her, and loved that she offered music during an intimidating exam. She was informative without being pushy. This office is very lucky to have her.
Very disappointed cannot get ahold of people in office. Calls are always diverted to call center. I drive all the way there to speak to someone and they were closed. How do you get someone to contact you. They were suppose to call me back Friday and never did.
Like all medical offices, they run late EVERY DAMN TIME, but I'm very happy with the care I've received. However, after coming here for almost a decade, the cheap jerks at corporate still haven't bought any equipment to do blood testing and such. If you need any lab work, they send you across the hall to a completely different company that is absolutely garbage. It takes forever to get blood drawn, or a urine test. so I made an appointment for my son, this is my first time here aswell, I’m very new on what’s the rules on the cancellation of appointments or the no show, I wasn’t told at all, if I was a first time patient I couldn’t do a no show, I had a really bad emergency with my car, I couldn’t call right there and then, I called just a couple minutes after & asked if I could reschedule, and got told I couldn’t scheduled at all!? DO NOT come here, unless you want your time wasted! Made an appointment in suite 210 and my appointment was cancelled without notifying me AT ALL.
