so I made an appointment for my son, this is my first time here aswell, I’m very new on what’s the rules on the cancellation of appointments or the no show, I wasn’t told at all, if I was a first time patient I couldn’t do a no show, I had a really bad emergency with my car, I couldn’t call right there and then, I called just a couple minutes after & asked if I could reschedule, and got told I couldn’t scheduled at all!? DO NOT come here, unless you want your time wasted! Made an appointment in suite 210 and my appointment was cancelled without notifying me AT ALL.
I felt very well cared for. no one was in a hurry. I had time to ask anything I wanted
