Very friendly employees.
The check-in reps behind the clear glass has one of the worst personalities/attitude in the office. If you are in the medical field your personality needs to be welcoming and I felt real uncomfortable requesting my son's medical records. It unfortunate that Dr. Keith Williams isn't aware of how his patients are being treated and I don't want to bring my son back to that office with this bad professionalism. I showed up to my 4 PM appointment at 3:55 PM but wasn’t checked in until 4:02 PM. Despite being there on time, I was told I had to reschedule because the system marked me late. This was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, especially since I was physically present before my appointment time. Life happens—traffic, delays, etc.—and to not have any grace or understanding feels inconsiderate. I’ll be looking for a new provider who values patients’ time and circumstances a bit more.
Horrible experience, the front desk staff and even the nurses and doctors are rude. I will not be back at the location again.
