My daughter had a 6:30am appointment and they told her to get here at 6:15 am so we do and the doors are locked when we knock the women at the desk just shakes her head no and leaves is standing there (my daughter is on crutches) Funally opens door at 6:30 and when I point out that they shouldn’t tell someone to be here 15 mins early and then keep them standing outside she just ignores the comment. Totally rude!!
Ryan is the best physical therapist there. He is extremely knowledgeable. When you address with him what pain you are having; he knows the exact stretch to suggest. It really helps.
