They're not going to help anyone. They will have you going in circles with the hospital and back to them. They are very rude and arely the lady that helped me said it wasn't her problem anymore and hang up the phone.
I went there for help and they crapped on me. Arrogant nurses, confused procedures, questionable doctors.
My best friend had her baby recently here. If I could give the hospital no stars and leave a review I would. Her baby was born healthy and crying and was whisked away to the nursery and she was unable to hold him for three hours after a c-section. Her husband tried to hold the baby skin-to-skin in the nursery which was second best to mom and he was told it is not allowed in the nursery???! Really?? Terrible bedside manner. Doesn't listen well, constantly typing and doesn't explain very well.
Dr Aziz is a very competent Cardiologist. A relative of mine had been seen by another Cardiology Group. His symptoms were obviously cardiac in nature, with a positive past history but his cardiologist did not give any credence to his complaints. One of my relatives friends suggested that he should go to Dr. Aziz as he has heard great reviews. My relative was seen by Dr Aziz and was sent directly to St. Joes for a 4 vessel bypass. Good hospital
Love this hospital. We transferred from South Suburban after my mom was diagnosed with leukemia and are so grateful that we did. The nurses are the best and every precaution is taken to prevent infection. South suburban was filthy and the nurses were awful. Thank you so much for your patience and care at Christ!
The worst experience ever in my 60 years of life. Long story short.Went in for a broken toe,Doctors assistant came in for 1 minute order xrays.45 min later came back and said toe was broken and left.20 minutes later a nurse came in and gave me a shot of morphine and wrap my toes with tape and a cotton ball.I asked her if she was going to straighten my toe(was bent about 35 to 40 degrees).She said that it will mingle on over.20 minutes later i left.Almost a week later with no calls or emails to see how I m doing.Do yourself a... read more
