Twenty minutes or more to answer phone, they don't return calls, they force you to go in when u run out of medicine then they will code you wrong because they think your there for fun and they call it a preventitivive visit. Don't let them give you extra tests you didn't ask for either. Research the flu shot before you get it. I'll be warning everyone I know about this place. They should be able to look at your insurance and warn you if things aren't covered when you go in but they have a hard time even answering the phone. ... read more
