Lady in suit 3500 was rude I’m a caregiver and I had called ahead to make sure I can assist my client and they said it was okay. The lady at the dest was giving attitude and said they can’t have visitors which I’m not a visitor. She than came out in the waiting room and said I have to sit outside the waiting room which I find it wrong when my client needs assistance.
