HORRIBLE STAFF
If I could give them zero stars I would. The receptionists sounds like they have a nasty attitude. One of the nurse practitioners was rude that after I left I called and left a complaint. She was not listening to my needs, she would talk over me, and because I told her that my work has me on my feet a lot she automatically thought I worked for Amazon…
Office staff had the audacity to give me attitude and pushback when I called to cancel an appointment due to a death in the family the morning of the appointment. When I informed the receptionist that my father in law had passed away that morning and I had flown to Pennsylvania to be with my in-laws for an undetermined amount of time, she threatened that I wouldn't be able to receive care unless I could immediately reschedule and stated "well then I can't help you" when I expressed that I was very frazzled due to grief and c... read more
Don't waste your time. You will call their call center only to be told you have an appointment and arrive for an appointment that nobody made for you. The utter incompetence of this medical group is astounding.
