I scheduled an appt 6 months ago for August and they sent a text (no call) that I need to reschedule . With next first available end of January. They said they couldn't put a priority even though I've already been waiting 6 months. Completely inconsiderate behavior of patients. Miss the reliability when it was fox valley women and children .
This last appointment was great. Booking was easy, the woman on the phone was very nice and was able to get me in the next day! Dr. Davis is also very nice and a great doctor. Only ever have had a good experience with him. Dr. Patel is amazing as well. Would recommend for your gynecology needs.
Not sure who is running the OB/GYN department at this location, but it’s terrible.
I had an appointment with Shelly Sinatra I looking for a new obgyn practice in the area and oh boy guys run away from this lady. I made an appointment for an annual exam/ Pap smear and put discussing a medication I’m taking during pregnancy under topics I would like to talk about. I was informed right away by the nurse that I couldn’t ask that question at this appointment cause this appointment was just for a Pap smear and would have to come back or if I’d rather ask the question we can do the Pap smear another appointment. ... read more
