It took 2 weeks to get a prescription refilled. I called once to ask why it hadn't been refilled, they told me I needed to make an appointment in order to refill my prescription, so I did. They said my prescription should be ready soon. Then I call my pharmacy the next day and there is no refill. I call the office again, they for some reason didn't ever send it so she ensures me it will be sent by the end of that day and I should get it before the pharmacy closes, making sure she had the correct pharmacy. I have had nothing but very positive experiences with Advocate's OB&G team. My primary OB Dr. Sipahi is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, kind, and patient. She has guided me carefully and thoughtfully through issues that arose unexpectedly. When she went on maternity leave I met a new OB on the team, Dr. Edwards. She also held the same standards and bedside manner as Dr. Sipahi. Can honestly say, I've never received such quality treatment from any OB.
