Called and tried to make an appointment with Linda Kleiss NP. for HRT. They needed information from my insurance first before I could make an appointment. All clear with the insurance. They said that Linda Kleiss had to review my file before she would see me. Never heard back. Called them after a week and a half later, they said they try calling me on the 29th of May. Was denied hrt I already use.The medical system is desperate to hand out fake high BP diagnoses to sell drugs. My BP with a paramedic proven to be accurate cuff is 120's.ver 70's or 80's. I have severe white coat. It was high on nsaids , which I've stopped., now normal. Even if it was high it is super outdated at to think hrt shouldn't be given. Hrt actually protects from strokes , and heart attacks. I can take hormones as they aren't true drugs. I am highly chemically intolerant, and prescribing BP meds is violently dangero... read more
I have never had so many issues with scheduling an appt. They changed my provider and date twice once without asking me. The front desk staff is unkind and the nurse practitioner I saw was very dismissive. After over a month of waiting for this appointment she said she’s going to recommend me to a specialist. She didn’t even spend but 5 minutes with me and no exam. Extremely frustrating and feeling like a huge waste of time, money and still have no answers. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.
