Went to see a Dr for our son’s tics. Saw a NP instead. Her prescription gave our son more tics and side effects immediately. When we called office to report the issues, we were blamed for picking that med (which we didn’t! We’re not the “Dr”!) they said “stop giving, have a nice day”, then given the cold shoulder, so rude and unprofessional.
