Had my second Covid vaccine today! I misplaced my covid vaccine card but the receptionist Cristal was kind enough to print a copy of the vaccines I've taken so far. Thanks! While on my way home I was called to schedule an appt to see the "acting supervisor" to have a replacement card filled out/completed. I rushed during lunch to meet with them.
