I called earlier to confirm the lab hours and was told the lab closes at 4:00 PM. I arrived at 2:40 PM after driving 45 minutes. Once I arrived, I was told that the lab was actually closing at 3:00 PM today and that they could not assist me. This was frustrating given the incorrect information I was provided beforehand.
I want to recognize Billie at the Plainfield location for making my daughters experience comfortable and providing superior service. My daughter had been nervous the week leading up to her lab test. However, Billie did a great job explaining the process to my daughter. I truly appreciate her patience.
