If you are depressed and experiencing SI, Dr. Javier will call 911 on you instead of doing a suicide risk assessment. This happened to me 8 years ago at the 3048 N. Wilton location and I still have severe trauma from it and have just stopped being honest with my providers about my SI. Thanks, Dr. Javier!
If I'm late for my appointment, they cancel it, but you can't say nothing when they stick you in a room for an hour n forget about you, your time, things you might have to do, doesn't matter to them, it's annoying and uncalled for, you all suck
