They scheduled my appointment for the wrong location then tried to not refund me after they canceled the appointment they scheduled incorrectly. Due to this I wasn't able to see a doctor and got incorrect medical advice from a nurse in their after hours. Poor quality service and medical staff.
NP Rustam Saparov was excellent. It was something appropriate for Immediate care but uncommon. He took his time, was very thorough and diligent. He looked up some specifics and called an SME, then walked me through a structured treatment plan and double checked I knew when to go to the ED. I can’t say anything negative, he was excellent! Don’t even bother trying to walk in at this facility. You cannot make an appointment online they encourage walk ins & when you do they’re always at full capacity even though the parking lot is empty.
