I’ve been going to Advocate Health in Lincolnshire for years, and the doctors are always excellent. However, my last three visits have been frustrating due to the front desk staff. I’ve stood there waiting to check in while being completely ignored by staff sitting right in front of me. It’s disrespectful and unacceptable. Patients deserve basic acknowledgement and courtesy—this needs to be addressed.
