I would give this location zero stars, if that was possible. I tried to get assistance from the receptionist. Sarah, today, in order to obtain results from a test for a family member. Sarah refused to speak clearly, or loud enough to be heard during several phone calls. She repeatedly hung up on me. If I could zero stars I would. I am thoroughly disgusted. My grandmother just had a CT scan. The woman who was doing her CT scan made comments about claustrophobic and made my grandmother feel uncomfortable. Who does that? Then, having no knowledge of my grandmother’s health condition, states, “ Well some people bounce back and others don’t. Maybe you won’t and will live with this the rest of your life. This is for the customer service on the phone only. I looked up the center website today and did not find any indication there was a separate number to call for Central Scheduling. Your rep first answered the phone so mumbled I couldn't understand, did not introduce themselves and was audibly annoyed when reading off the number I should call. This review pertains ONLY to my experience in the waiting room. When I walked in, I was greeted by a computer screen so that I could check myself in even though there were 3 people in the front waiting room office area chatting about what they were doing this weekend. 🤨 I went through the 4 prompts only to be told by the screen that they had no record of me.
