Avoid this place. The front desk does not communicate with the back office clinicians. They only delay delay delay and then make the patient feel guilty for their lack of care. I wholeheartedly recommend you elsewhere.

85% of my attempts to reach the front desk for appointment scheduling or other needs, no one picks up. I'm talking for 10+ minutes. My care here typically went well until recently when a mistake on their end--that was brought up multiple times over the course of a week by myself and the infusion clinic they work with--was not addressed quickly enough leading to the cancellation of an infusion I very much needed.

I saw a doctor at this practice because a scan ordered by my primary care doctor showed a spot on my pancreas. The doc took a quick look and dismissed the spot as benign and didn’t order any follow-up tests or monitoring. He assured me everything is fine. "Nothing to worry about" he said. Almost two years later, I was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Cancer grew right next to that spot. I have just learned that the doctor has retired and is no longer at the practice. Great GI Health Care. I asked for appointment. Nothing was available. But they called me back and squeezed me in between appointments with my stomach pain. Dr. Siglin provided excellent, knowledgeable and professional care. I can not ask anything better.
