This office is a mess, I called to talk to the nurse, I have never reached to the nurse, only the front desk answered the phone, and it taking so long to reach back and fix the problem. It is horrible, I wish there is more endocrinologist offices.
Avoid this place at all measures. The Employee's run this place like a circus. Their rude, unprofessional and very difficult to deal with. I've never been in a situation I regretted from the first second.
Excellent Endo clinic. Dr Joad helped me get my life on track. I’m finally on the right medication for my T2 and was referred to an excellent Dietitian through them that has helped me keep up with my diet and lifestyle changes I needed to feel normal again. They have always had excellent communication with me for any questions through the LiveWell app. Thank you again.
I called to get a routine form signed and Deborah Horne and the other doctors refused to do so. Even though all it confirmed is that my son has a condition that they treated! When I call they refused to speak with me. Instead, they hid behind reception and just pass messages through them. Even when I explicitly asked to speak with the individual whom I've paid for services, Deborah Horne, I'm told that that is not possible. Disgusting.
