I can't imagine where these reviews are coming from. We've been patients at Advocate Endocrinology Wheaton since diagnosis in Dec 2023. From mandatory virtual classes for parents of newly diagnosed T1Ds, to a group virtual weekly calls with a one-on-one chat and chart review, we have been well taken care of. I can always reach a receptionist, a nurse, or the doctor on call. My LiveWell messages are answered promptly and our prescriptions are accurate. We have been seeing Deb for a very long time. We love her!! We are very disappointed by the constant change in nurses who know nothing about diabetes. The front desk people are unprofessional. They have loud conversations meant for private. They eat at their desk and chew loudly. If it wasn’t for Deb we would leave.

This office is a mess, I called to talk to the nurse, I have never reached to the nurse, only the front desk answered the phone, and it taking so long to reach back and fix the problem. It is horrible, I wish there is more endocrinologist offices.

Avoid this place at all measures. The Employee's run this place like a circus. Their rude, unprofessional and very difficult to deal with. I've never been in a situation I regretted from the first second.

Excellent Endo clinic. Dr Joad helped me get my life on track. I’m finally on the right medication for my T2 and was referred to an excellent Dietitian through them that has helped me keep up with my diet and lifestyle changes I needed to feel normal again. They have always had excellent communication with me for any questions through the LiveWell app. Thank you again.
