Dr. Shashoua and the P.A Alissa were so so attentive and considerate of everything I was elaborating on. Took the time to hear me out and really consider what it is that may actually be wrong. It says they accept a variety of health plans but only take community, whatever that is. Very vague and unhelpful. Receptionist is not great at all.
I had such a wonderful experience! Pre-op, surgery, post- op and recovery. The staff is exceptional!
