I was a loyal customer of Advocate up until about 3 years ago due to their billing department’s horrible service. I was severely overcharged for a video visit (it says on the website how much they charge) and when I called to explain this, was met with very rude agents. I paid the ridiculous bill, and told them to close my account I wanted nothing to do with them ever again. Don't bother making an appointment, it seems they are a first come, first serve facility. I had an appointment for 10am, and at 11 I finally walked back in to find out what was going on, and they explained that there were people ahead of me still. I would not have chosen this location had I known they only make appointments for show. This seems like switch and bait to me.

Useless, avoid Advocate, I've never had a good experience with them. I couldn't walk last time I went here, it took over an hour for a nurse to give me a urine test and basically say "I 'unno, try over the counter NSIADs". That was $90. I tried finding a new provider within advocate today and they were also bad. Changing to a different network ASAP.
