I hate Advocate Medical Group. My office got bought out some years back and every time you need to talk to the office or doctor you go through some kind of 3rd party vendor for scheduling or anything. You can't call directly to the office. They won't even give you the number. Then you ask for the doctor to call back and they send you messages through the portal. There is no personal feel.
