Waited 4 weeks for an appointment. They called and cancelled that appointment and told me it would be another month before i could get in.
New billing practices felt VERY sketchy. I’ll have to find a new primary doctor. They asked me to sign paperwork that felt like blanket consent to bill for anything. The nurse explaining it didn’t seem to understand it either once I began asking questions about what the paperwork covered. Super shady.
They are always courteous, friendly, they answer the phone, I'm usally in a room on time if not early. When I was really not feeling well I called at 10am and had an appointment 4 hours later. Can't think of a thing I don't like.
