Horrible experiences all around the board. My family has had this doctor as our primary for years now, I think probably because it’s close to their home. I’m not sure about how my parents feel about their care but my sister and I have both had numerous bad run ins with this practice. They’ve even mixed our Identities up with one another before. Waited 4 weeks for an appointment. They called and cancelled that appointment and told me it would be another month before i could get in.
New billing practices felt VERY sketchy. I’ll have to find a new primary doctor. They asked me to sign paperwork that felt like blanket consent to bill for anything. The nurse explaining it didn’t seem to understand it either once I began asking questions about what the paperwork covered. Super shady.
