I have never waited this long since I was a child. I’m here with my father and he his 84 years old. I had an appointment at 11:00am we didn’t get called until after 12:00 now I’m in the doctors office and we are waiting another hour to see the doctor this is unexceptionable..
They are terrible people .Liars ,cheaters ,disrespectful people.Try not to deal with these savages. Especially Stephenie Cravens.
If you like THREE hour long waits to see a doctor when you had a scheduled appointment.... then I guess you’ll love it!!
It’s MLK day so when I decided to do a walk-in I knew it’d be a wait, but my LAWD, 4 hours....REALLY!! They said they only have one provider for walk-ins. Are you kidding me???? When I arrived they told me two hours, now it’s 4+ cause the tech lady just told me it’d be another 45 minutes!!!! The only reason I can’t do ER is because I don’t have the $200 copay!!!! But this is unacceptable, they needed at least 2 providers. Who’s running the place anyway????

These doctors at this location are jokes I would advise anyone to go to another location dont put your health care in jeopardy for convenience. Still waiting on prescription to be called over to pharmacy talked to two nurses and nothing .They say new system suppose to be better can leave message for docs whose gonna check them .Lately been paying 75 dollars and going to emergency room for medical needs .Let's keep posting our dissatisfaction with this location maybe we can get it cleaned up or cleaned out very unhappy and sa... read more
Just love the service and the staff
I was given the wrong medication on 11/20/18. I have been trying to file a complaint with the office manager Stacy Myers for over 2 weeks. So now, my additional complaint is the office manager’s lack of care and concern for patients as well as her inability to properly communicate. This treatment is unacceptable no matter how busy the office may be and I will be reporting this them to every complaint organization possible.
Worst service and wait. Treatment of patients here has definitely gone down hill.
