I had the same experience. I received an email stating that they would provide a consultation and they'd respond to my posting within 2 hours. That was on 11/28/2018. Today is 01/04/2019 and I still have not received a follow-up call or email. The automated email response should be aborted if you all don't offer these services.
This place sucks! Their website states they provide you a free consultation & answer your questions. I sent them an email & they offered no consultation & did not answer any of my questions just a reply that they can offer no help.
