My provider scheduled an early Saturday afternoon CT scan for me at this facility. During the check in process, I was told that the appointment info is in the system, but no doctor's order for the procedure is on file and because of this, they can't do the scan. I asked how an appointment can be scheduled without an order? The response I got was vague and bewildering. I went to the ordering physician's office on Monday morning and told the receptionist I was denied the procedure because no order is on file. She showed me doc... read more
