Terrible experience with radiology tech . Stay away from that facility
My experience here was wonderful. The appointment was quickly set, and when I called to see if I could get an earlier appointment for the day, due to my schedule change, they were able to get me in at 2pm instead of 6pm! Every person I encountered there was amazing, kind, personable, and very thorough with their explanations of my CT scan. Agnes was a beautiful soul and I needed her positivity today more than she knew. The facility is also clean and beautiful! Thanks amazing staff!
As a person with severe anxiety, I have to say, this facility and ALL of the staff are amazing and compassionate. I've been avoiding medical things forever due to the anxiety, and then found myself needed things like an MRI - which is a lot for someone with these types of fears. I was given a big ol hug by one of the nurses! It truly is the little things, and I think this place was won the jackpot with their staff. :) As for the facility itself - its new. Agnes was fantastic!! Lightest touch ever. Made me so comfortable during the entire process. If you need imaging, I would recommend this place!
