I have an orthopedic surgeon at Loyola Hospital, Maywood. Everyone I’ve come in contact/w claims they(Dr Howard) cannot contact,(Dr Cohen). I’ve spent the last 19 hours trying to get Dr Howard to coordinate my transportation to Maywood. She has ghosted me.
They fail to acknowledge and recognize someone went from waiting in the lobby for 2 hours to being sat down in the er for two hours not one nirse has acknowledged my father or given any information. As he sits in pain the nurses walk past without even making some sort of eye contact: terrible customer service I have had to approach several employees and push to get information and no one seems to care. The worst experience ever . The desk people there like on party joking ,laughing when next to them people with problems devastating in pain. I was there for 4 hours waiting its nightmare. So many people came after me and they took them first even my daughter was in pain and have problem breathing. And the guy who took blood test was so bad with his job .
I am happy with the way I was taken care of. While it is true that I had to wait for over three hours, but my vitals got checked on a regular basis, and when I was seen by a doctor, both the nurse and doctor were very caring and gentle. The entire staff was very polite and friendly.
