I would love to give this emergency room a good rating because there are close to home and part of the Advocate system which I’ve had a very positive experience with overall, but the part couple times I’ve been here have been a bummer. Some of the negative things aren’t a super huge deal but lead to a subpar experience. They don’t have pillows which is just odd. Waited six hours to be seen and everyone that arrived after me had been seen. At that point just tell me to go to another hospital. Absolutely maddening. Do not come here and avoid at all costs.
