I’m sure this review comes as no surprise. They have the most absurd, rude, and incompetent staff I have ever encountered and I have sympathy for doctors with terrible staff because it costs them business. But staff responsible for billing is important so clients don’t get stuck with thousands of dollars. If they don’t understand how to run VA insurance, then they shouldn’t accept it. The office staff here were friendly and welcoming. The Technician, Bethany, was fantastic at connecting and taking any anxiety away with her gentle and engaging personality. She is very sweet and caring, explaining the process.
