“My 5-year-old son complained of an earache. We reached urgent care on Friday, April 25th at 7:25 PM. They said, ‘We don’t take any more patients now; we are closing soon. Please go to another place.’ We were very upset. Why are they open until 8 PM if they stop taking patients at 7:30 PM?” “Three staff members were sitting there; they were very unprofessional and rude.”
I had been to the minute clinic once this winter and it was smooth. The medical professionals were accommodating and informative. Unfortunately with my second encounter, but this time in the primary care office, the nurse/medical assistant was rude and unprofessional. She started my pre opp appointment informing me that they didn’t have paperwork for me from my doctor and that they were not going to be able to proceed with the rest of the appointment. A very good medical facility with multiple doctors and specialities.
Took my child here that was screaming in pain. The receptionist was on her phone scrolling social media, I asked can we be checked in, she stated it would be a 1-2hour wait. I was in shock since there was literally no one in the waiting area. I asked her to repeat that and she literally yelled at me in the most condescending manner. If that’s you treat people and your first impression, no thank you. There are numerous other urgent care places less than half a mile away that are simply polite.
